We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. We will ship your order within 24 hours after we receive this method of payment. All order must be shipped to the billing address matching the card. We will gladly accept your money order,personal check or wire transfers. Your order will be shipped 10 days after the check is received. No cash payments are accepted by mail.
You can pick your order up at our facility between the hours of 9am-4pm EST, Monday thru Friday. *closed for major holidays. Please call first for information and product availability.
U.P.S. is our shipping company of choice. We offer regular U.P.S. service, Second Day Service and Next Day Air. Shipping and Insurance are additional unless otherwise specified. Our policy is to keep shipping charges as low as possible. Please call for rates.

NOTE: No returns accepted without pre-approved RGA (return goods authorization) number clearly marked on the outside of the box. No returns accepted on special orders or after 30 days from date of original shipment. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Before you return a product, contact us at

Returns made without prior authorization will be refused. All returns must be made within 30 days from date of original shipment, safely packaged in original packaging (if available as in-transit damage is not covered by our limited warranty), have the RGA number clearly marked on the top and two sides of the box and be insured for full replacement value.
In-bound freight is always customer's responsibility. All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. The balance will be returned in the form of a check or may be applied as credit towards another purchase and can take up to 30 days.
Products carry 90 day warranty from date of purchase.
