RGA Request

All returns must have a pre-approved RGA (return goods authorization) number printed clearly marked on the outside of the box and accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. All returns must be made within 30 days from date of original shipment and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns made without prior authorization will be refused. Following inspection of returned goods, the balance will be returned in the form of a check, mailed to the shipping address or may be applied as credit towards another purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
