Q: Credit Cards

We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. We will ship your order as soon as possible. All order must be shipped to the billing address matching your credit card. There are no exceptions. We will gladly accept your money order, personal check or wire transfers. Your order will be shipped 10 days after the check is received. No cash payments are accepted by mail.

Q: C.O.D. Pick-up

You can pick your order up at our facility between the hours of 9am-4pm EST, Monday thru Friday. *closed for major holidays. Please call first for information and product availability.

Q: Shipping Policy

UPS is our shipping company of choice. We offer regular UPS Ground service, Second Day Service and Next Day Air. Shipping and Insurance are additional unless otherwise specified. Our policy is to keep shipping charges as low as possible. Please call for rates.

Q: Cancelled Orders

Any ordered cancelled after placed subjected to 20% order processing fee.

Q: Return Policy

All returns must have a pre-approved RGA (return goods authorization) number. To get a RGA number email us at with a copy of your invoice and why you wish to return the product.


All approved returns must be made within 30 days from date of original shipment and are subject to a 20% restocking fee less actual shipping charges. A returned can be denied at anytime. No returns on used, installed, scratched or damage products. Returns made without prior authorization will be refused. Following inspection of returned goods, the balance will be returned to your credit card. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.


All returns must have a pre-approved RGA (return goods authorization) number printed clearly marked on the outside of the box. Shipping and insurance is responsible of the customer.

Q: Warranty

Quick Time Performance provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of sale to the original purchaser. Upon inspection and verification of warranty, Quick Time Performance will, at its option, repair or replace products, which prove to be defective. Any product , which has been subjected to abuse, accident , alteration, neglected maintenance or improper installation, renders the product warranty null and void. Conditions resulting from acts of nature, weather, criminal activity or accidents are subject to adjustment under the product warranty. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the end user and are not covered by warranty. Any and all labor charges that may be incurred for the removal and or replacement of any covered component or the purpose of affecting this warranty are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
